Hello Again Everyone.

I hope that you are all ready for another action-packed Blog-Post from Mr. Unstoppable™.
I have recently returned from the JT Foxx Dream Team event in London (22nd to 25th Sept.)
It was an inspirational and educational 4-day event with 3 fantastic coaches, Rose, Kevin, Cheri & Reggie was in attendance also.

I had the opportunity to sit in the Hot Seat and present The Unstoppable Journey™ to the panel of experts. The in-depth breakdown of my project, the input of their vast experience regarding measures I should be taking to re-fine and hone my project, the constructive criticism and the encouragement to make changes where needed added up to an invaluable experience.
It has allowed me to step back from the project and re-define my goals regarding the direction I should be moving in with the Unstoppable Journey. I have now decided that the Unstoppable Journey™ will be continuing but my focus will be on taking it into a live format. This will start with a free event where I will be inviting attendees to join me as I present, explain and deliver the 9 Step Stage of The Unstoppable Journey™.

The goal of this event for me will be to assess the appetite of the public for this type of live presentation. It will, in turn allow me to tailor the program to that type of audience.

Update on Current 9 Day Program

The 9 Day Unstoppable Journey ™ is live with a group from Fitness First here in Dubai, it is entering its final 9-day cycle now and the feedback has been excellent so far.

Todays Action Point for Everyone.

Daily Living Action Plan.

One my favorite quotes comes from a mentor of mine who stated this Fact, “You Become What You Think About”. As this is true no matter who you are then would it not be best to have a daily program in place that would allow you to achieve your goals in an timely and orderly fashion.

I believe in keeping everything as simple as possible, no need to confuse anyone with complicated programs and systems.

So, let us set down a simple daily procedure for you to follow.

1.       Plan Your Day the Night Before

Every minute spent in planning saves 10 minutes in execution. Sit down with a piece of paper and write down everything that you need to do the coming day. If for any reason you don’t do this, it should be the first thing you do every morning. When you write a list, you have a track to run on. Do this exercise at least 1 hour before you retire to bed. (There is a reason for this which I cover in one of Unstoppable Journey™ modules). If you start from a list you will increase your daily output by 25%.

2.       Set Priorities on Your List Before You Start the Day

Work from the 80/20 rule. If you have 10 items on your list of things to do, two will be the more important than all of the other items put together.

Go down your list and answer the question, “If I were to be called out of town for a month, what are the most important tasks that I must accomplish?”
Once you identify these most important tasks, that brings us to the final step in starting your day.
       3.    Complete the Most Important Task First

Begin immediately on your most important task and focus on it and only it until completion.

All success in life comes from project completion and living a life of good habits will help you complete more projects.

Complete the other jobs in the sequence of priority which you have assigned them until your list is complete. This process is called “single handling” and it’s one of the most powerful things that you can use in managing your time. You can increase your productivity by 50% by planning, starting and completing your most important tasks every single day.

Begin by repeating the above steps continuously for the next 30 days and making them into a habit you will increase your productivity and be the master of your own time!!
